Countrywide Homes is the developer of Corsica Estates, a new housing development in preconstruction on Langdon Drive in King City. Once completed, the residential project will house a total of 40 alluring and excellently designed homes that range in size from 3,403 square feet to 6,514 square feet. Handsome lot size options include 57' to 60' widths with depths up to 200'. Sales for available estates start at $1,248,000.
