Step 2. Professional Photos

To ensure your sale goes smoothly and you get top dollar for your home, your agent will guide you through each step. Day or night, your agent will be there for you. Once the paperwork is signed and we've settled on a listing price, it's time to prepare your house for sale! Our team will offer you advice on how to maximize its value with a staging consultation, professional photography, 3D Virtual Tour and Floor plans. The property will be showcased on MLS®, REALTOR.ca, our website and syndicated on all major real estate platforms.
Step 3. Schedule Showings
Once the listing is live, the next step is to schedule showings for potential buyers. We will arrange showings at times that are most convenient for you and you will approve each showing time. When an offer comes in, we'll review the options together—whether to accept, reject, or counter. We'll only move forward if you're completely satisfied with the agreement.
Step 4. Completing the Sale
After the agreement is accepted, the buyer will provide a certified cheque or bank draft for the deposit. Next, we'll address any conditions included in the agreement, such as financing and inspection. On closing day, your lawyer will handle the official transfer of ownership to the buyer and transfer your proceeds. Congratulations, you've officially sold your home!
